# Interface distorted, Can’t install addons

 * Hello, I had this plugin installed before but uninstalled due to too much extra
   requests from server. But right now, I really need to send out a newsletter and
   the entire user interface is not loading normally. html, css and javascript don’t
   load and I can’t installed the users integration add on which I really need right
   now.

 * Hi, there is a problem with the addons (free) installation we’re working on right
   now, but as always you can enter your account page on [http://www.thenewsletterplugin.com](http://www.thenewsletterplugin.com)
   and download them as zip package and install from your plugin management panel
   inside the wp admin interface.
 * About the CSS/html can you explain me the problem? Maybe sharing a screenshot?

 * Hi, you’re definitively missing a CSS. Try to reinstall. A way to check which
   CSS is no loading is to check with the chrome or firefox debugger.
