 * Is it possible to auto-accept all cookie settings?
 * And
 * Would there be any reason why our Tawk and Accessibility sticky icons aren’t 
   being displayed after activating this plugin?

 * For testing purposes yes. Just add ?cacsp_bypass=true to your url. All cookies
   will be accepted for the session. Great for when you run speedtest and so forth.
 * In all other cases this would make your site illegal in terms of third party 
   cookies.
 * Send me the URL and I can check why that icon is not visible. I guess the icon
   comes from a third party and their domain isn’t white listed under Domains.
