 * I have a problem with a plugin called newsletters, when activate it corrupts 
   the page and move the sidebar above the main section of contents of theblog. 
   we are using a theme called cyclingclub provided by wordpress.
 * Is it possible that the problem resides in the theme rather than in the plugin.

 * The best thing to do is to contact the support forum of the plugin you are using
   for clarification. I am not aware of a plugin called ‘Newsletters’, but ‘Newsletter’
   whose support forum is here: [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/newsletter/](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/newsletter/)
