Same issue here . Getting an internal server error message even though the payment goes through . Customers don’t see the order confirmation page
That would be a different issue. I don’t get any errors, just nothing after the payment submission (which goes through to Stripe), there is no return data.
If you are seeing an internal server error, check through your server logs for a cause/trigger.

This usually means that there is an issue with Stripe communicating back to the WooCommerce, can you please open a ticket with our support team via http://www.WooCommerce.com ( Go to Support > Helpdesk > Create a ticket > Free Plugins ), so that we can investigate this further. [redacted]

Similar issue here. Also intermittent, but is happening pretty frequently.
Customer clicks on Pay button. Stripe records payment. Sale is recorded in Woocommerce back-end.
However order confirmation page does not display and customers cart still contains the items.
Customer does not get any notification that the sale has happened.
In some cases after about 120 seconds we get the a Gateway Timeout message.
We’ve been using stripe payment without issue for a long period, but issue was first noticed about 4 weeks ago.
I will open a ticket on the woocommerce site…
