# Internal Error?

 * Hello, I have realised my site is having the following issue with the plugin.
 * When people are attempting to make a donation, filling in the relevant fields,
   when they click ‘donate’ at the end of the form, it directs them to a page which
   displays the following error message:
 * Directory “/websites/123reg/LinuxPackage21/li/fe/fo/lifeforakid.com/public_html/
   wp-content” is writeable by others
 * Could you advise?

 * That means permissions on your WordPress site are set up wrong. Check with your
   hosting provider to get them set correctly.
