    Hi,

I’ve runned clients website at my hosting and everything was allright. Moved to clients hosting (files, database), I’ve seted everything up, main page is working, other links not (error 500) and I can’t log into admin (you can try, “admin” “123” – I’ve got an empty page).
Hosting support gave me a log (below) and told me, that it’s stupid wordpress and it never worked at their site. My client paid a small fortune for that stupid hosting (because “I’m here so long” and don’t want to move) – could you advise me something?

    web is http://skinsail.cz

[Mon Oct 20 17:48:09 2014] [error] [client 77.87.241.9] Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use ‘LimitInternalRecursion’ to increase the limit if necessary. Use ‘LogLevel debug’ to get a backtrace.
takže samozřejmě je tam nějaký projekt se zacyklením těch rewrite rules.

  • Have you tried deactivating your plugins by renaming the plugins folder to see if there is a conflict?

I would need to know more about the process you used to move the site to have any idea of what to suggest.

No, but I did it right now and it is working.

    1. I got a copy of wordpress website on my site
    2. Exported database
    3. Copied the my-site-copy up to clients ftp
    4. Created a database and imported
    5. Changed “home” url and “siteurl” in wp_options.
    6. Changed wp-config.php with actual connection options.

Permalinks are correct (post type), communication with DB seams alright.

Any ideas? I’ve talked a lot with a guy from the server side (after my client got upset and wrote him as well) and he is open for general solution for WP clints sites, so, what we can change to force it to work?

You said when you deactivated the plugins it started working so it would appear to be a plugin issue.

I’m sorry, I just wrote a mistake, it’s not working and it wasn’t, sorry. It’s not a plugin problem.

Have you tried renaming the active theme folder so your site reverts to the default theme. Here are some other suggestions.

Default themes didn’t helped, the same thing occures.
Thanks for link, nothing worked. I’m goging to try to reinstall it, but no idea what happens.
Cannot that be because of memory limit even if I can’t see any error about it?

If I’ve deleted value of “permalink_stracture” to “” it does work. If I put back “/%postname%/”. But however, I’ve got memory limit issue.

Well… At least I do see the other pages now.
