# Internal Error after Bulk optimizing

 * Hi,
 * I updated my WordPress version to 3.9.2 this morning and right after started 
   to bulk optimize my images. Suddenly it stopped saying that there was a problem
   and my whole WordPress stopped working:
    – When I open my webpage or any of the
   sections in my WP Admin, this message appears:
 * “Internal Server Error
 * The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
   complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator, [webmaster@liquidesign.es](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/internal-error-after-bulk-optimizing/webmaster@liquidesign.es?output_format=md)
   and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done
   that may have caused the error.
 * More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
 * Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying 
   to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 * If you ARE the webmaster, then that advice doesn’t apply, so the next step is
   to contact your webhost immediately and/or consult any error logs that may be
   available.

 * Thank you! I contacted my webhost and they said it is possible to do an archive
   backup.
