 * I keep getting the popup “error – Internal Server Error” whenever the plugin 
   has scanned 79 percent of non-WP tables.
 * Any ideas where that could come from?

 * Internal Server Error may happen if your website using more memory than available.
   Most shared hosting webhost only give small amount of memory for users.
 * You may googling how to increase website memory limit. But some webhosts lock
   it, so may need to contact your webhost. You may deactivate or disable some plugins
   to decrease your memory usage.
