# Internal Server Error

 * the plugin was working perfect but i deleted the database by mistake
    so i installed
   all plugins again now the plugin doesn’t work it gaves me this error

 * that error message doesn’t say much about the issue, and it can be anything.
 * it would be more helpful if you could get to your webserver error log and past
   the _relevant_ part here

 * thank you for your fast reply
    i cant get the server error log i dont know where
   to find it so any help

 * your domain whois says that you are using godaddy, if it’s the case then you 
   may find that error log through account manager [here](http://i.imgur.com/wLWWisC.png).
 * if not, most providers use cpanel as hosting control panel, and this [video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pzO1UNHZjZo)
   might help.

 * my domain godaddy but not my hosting
    after hitting my head into the wall about
   10 times i fixed it 😀 something called ssv3_directory.php was missing i added
   it every thing went smooth after ak it was my mistake ideleted it
