# Internal Server Error

 * Installed plugin but when I try click on the “customize” menu option I get this
   error.
 * Internal Server Error
 * The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
   complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error
   occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
 * More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
 * Trid to re-install wordpress update and plug-in but get same errror.
 * I’m using Cherry Framework, not sure if it’s relevant.

    In order to determine the best course of action to take could you
   answer the following questions for me please:
    1. Does the customizer work with your theme when the easy Google fonts plugin is
       disabled?
    2. If the answer to the first question is no: then does the customizer work when
       you have one of the default WordPress themes installed? (e.g. Twenty fourteen)
