# Internal Server Error

 * I use WordPress 4.1 and GoDaddy hosting.
 * I downloaded and installed “Add From Server” 3.2.0.3.
 * When I try to use the plugin, by selecting “Add From Server” under Media, I get“
   Internal Server Error”
 * Do you have any suggestions?

   be able to direct you.

 * I got my host’s error log. It’s quite a lot of text, about 800KB. Do you want
   me to send it to you? I did a simple text search of it, and the words “error”
   or “internal” do not appear in it. Some of the entries do make reference to “
   add-from-server,” such as:

 * Those appear to be HTTP Access Logs, what’s needed is the PHP Error logs which
   are slightly different.
 * I don’t know where most hosts expose that data though.
