# Internal server error

 * I am getting Internal server error on my website [http://mododent.bg/home/](http://mododent.bg/home/)
   when I activate the Boxzilla plugin. See a screenshot here: [http://mododent.bg/500.png](http://mododent.bg/500.png)
   
   Actually I can create and edit boxes but when I am trying to publish or save 
   the changes I receive white screen with Internal server error as well. The plugin
   is disabled now and everything on the theme works properly. I tried to enable
   and disable other plugins I am using but this does not help. What may be the 
   cause for this? I am using the latest versions of WP and Shopkeeper theme. I 
   would like to integrate Boxzilla with Mailchimp for WP plugin. Thank you in advance.

 * Hi Nelly,
 * What does your setting for “Load this box if….” look like? For this it would 
   be super helpful if you could somehow take a look at your site’s error log, I’m
   sure your host can help you with this.
 * In this error log is the exact error message telling us what exactly went wrong.
   That’ll be of great help in debugging this issue.
