# Internal Server Error

 * I’m using a genesis framwork with the lifestyle pro theme.
 * For the plugin status my Cloud optimization API key is verified with 4,984 credits
   remaining
 * gifsicle is installed
    safe mode is off exec(): enabled GD is installed getimagesize():
   installed
 * my problem is this: every time I try to optimize a file larger than about 550kb
   it doesn’t happen. If I do it in the bulk optimizer it just hangs up. If I try
   to do it from the media library I get this:
    **** Internal Server Error
 * The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
   complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator at [webmaster@creativesavingsblog.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/internal-server-error-337/webmaster@creativesavingsblog.com?output_format=md)
   to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed
   just before this error.

   wrong. What do I need to do in order to optimize files larger than 550kb?

   we can try and solve it.
