 * when putting the shortcode in the FAQ page then I visit this page, an internal
   server error occurs.
 * please correct the plugin

 * Hello,
 * I tested the plugin in another website that I own and it seems to be ok now.
   
   I can’t reinstall the plugin in the first website that causes the problem since
   it is delivered to my client.
