# Internal server error

 * Hi,
 * I have tried the latest version and the two before it but every time I try to
   save a new form I get an internal server error. I am up to date on wordpress 
   current version. The only other plugin I have related to this is the yith mailchimp
   integration one. So I can’t see what else it could be. Any help appreciated

 * Sorry that you are having this issue.
 * First, let’s make sure there isn’t a theme conflict. If you temporarily switch
   themes (to TwentyFifteen), does the issue remain?
 * If it does not, then we can confirm that there is an error in the theme you have
   installed.
 * You should also test for plugin conflicts. Does the issue remain if you temporarily
   deactivate all plugins except for our plugin?
 * If it does not, reactivate each plugin one-by-one until you find the culprit.
 * Hope the above helps solve the issue.
