 * I’ve changed the wordpress.com account which my jetpack is connect to. maybe 
   that’s done something?
 * I tried this in Safari and Chrome. Same error.

 * I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this error but would love to help you 
   get this sorted out.
 * Did the error occur after installing the plugin or was there anything that you
   changed in particular before noticing it? Is there a certain page you were on
   when the error happened? (customer check out, label printing, etc.)
 * Internal server errors (error 500) are often caused by plugin or theme function
   conflicts, so a great troubleshooting step would be to try deactivating all plugins.
   If the issue is resolved, then you would need to activate each plugin, one at
   a time, until you find the culprit.
 * If that does not resolve the issue, you can try switching to one of our default
   themes, like Storefront or Twenty Seventeen, to rule-out a theme-related issue.

 * When I deactivated all plugins (except for Woocommerce, jetpack, and woocommerce
   services) — it worked.
 * So some plugin is causing a problem. I’ll have to narrow it down with further
   tests. Thank you!

 * On my next order, I could not reproduce this error. It went through with all 
   plugins activated. I’ll test more fully if the error occurs and I can reproduce.
