 * I’m getting an error when trying to restore a backup of my site into a newly
   created wordpress site (my database was lost last Friday). The error is
 * updraft_send_command: error: error (Internal Server Error)
 * Reading through other issues with a similar error message I can see I should
   be able to find a log file in wp-content/updraft but there doesn’t seem to be
   a log file in this folder, it contains the 5 files I’ve uploaded plus index.html,.
   htacess and web.config. Could this be a permissions problem?

   successfully

 * Hi,
 * It appears that a fatal error is occurring before the log file can be created.
 * Please could you (or your hosts/server admin) check the PHP error logs? These
   logs should have a record of the fatal error that is occurring, with more information
   on the cause.
 * Please could you send us a copy of that error information?

 * Hi, sorry for the delay, after some to-ing and fro-ing it seems I can’t enable
   logging

 * Does this mean I’m out of luck – there’s no way I can get this data restored?

 * Hi,
 * Apologies for the delay.
 * You can restore the database backup manually. This can be done by selecting the
   site database in your SQL database management tool (such as phpMyAdmin), and
   importing the database backup file.

 * Thank you. So much. That was so easy.
