# Internal server error

 * Hi ,
    I’ve installed your plug-in yesterday. I’ve created an event for pre-registrations,
   with tickets at 0€ and extra-service at 100€. When I make a try with only the
   ticket à 0€, and validate my order, the checkout page gives me an “Internal server
   error”, and no confirmation page access. But the order is done, it appears in
   the BO orders page, and I’ve received the confirmation emails.
 * When I order a ticket with an extra-service (100€) everything works well.
 * Can-you help ?

 * We released a Woocommerce Event Manager 3.0 with lots of improvement and bug 
   fixed, please update your plugin I hope this issue will be solved with the update.
