# Internal Server Error

 * Hi, today I installed the plugin and I am having some trouble connecting WooCommerce
   and the plugin extension.
    I did everything exact as the instructions said and
   after I click on “Need authenticating” I receive the following error: Internal
   Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and
   was unable to complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator at [webmaster@dcgizmo.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/internal-server-error-653/webmaster@dcgizmo.com?output_format=md)
   to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed
   just before this error.
 * More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
 * Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying 
   to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
 * Thank you for your help.

    Please enable WP_DEBUG and let me know the specific line of code where the
   issue occurs. You can also make a test by deactivating all other plugins, only
   keep WooCommerce and our plugin to see if the issue occurs. Best regards
