# Internal server error

 * Hi,
 * I would like to ask help because my clients sometimes got internal server error
   after checkout. I do not know why i always make order for test it but i not get
   same error.
 * I enabled debug in config file but the debug file not generating so i not see
   any problem with the website.

 * Could you please share your website link so we can check if we get the same error?
 * If possible, please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can take 
   a closer look. You can find it via **WooCommerce > Status**. Select “Get system
   report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in 
   your response.

 * Looking at your system status, your PHP version doesn’t meet the server requirements.
   I’d suggest upgrading to 7.4 or higher: [https://woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/](https://woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/)

 * Since the issue doesn’t always appear, I’d recommend creating a staging site 
   first and then run a conflict test on that environment to check if the issue
