# ‘Internal server error’

 * Unfortunately I had to delete the new version and roll back to the old one, because
   our customers couldn’t complete their orders for 2 hours due to an ‘Internal 
   server error’ message. I don’t know what was Shopmagic in conflict with, but 
   the error message was gone the moment I disabled Shopmagic 3.0.

 * Patch version has already been published. You can upgrade ShopMagic to version
   3.0.1 – since then the issue will not occur again.

 * Hi [@damianmachnik](https://wordpress.org/support/users/damianmachnik/) I had
   the same problem as [@attila73](https://wordpress.org/support/users/attila73/)
   so I updated this morning to 3.0.1 and it broke my site. I had to deactivate 
   the plugin from ftp.
    Please advise when you will have found the right fix. Good

 * Same issue for me, version 3.0.1 crashed the site.
    This was the error Parse 
   error: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’, expecting ‘|’ or variable (T_VARIABLE) in/
   wp-content/plugins/shopmagic-for-woocommerce/src/Guest/GuestOrderIntegration.

 * With 3.0.2 update, my site doesn’t crash and I have just had a new woocommerce
   order (Stripe) went well so both issues seem fixed on my side

   will wait some time, because many thing are missing for me from the previous 
   version, like:
    – descending order of Guests by default (instead of ascending,
   I like to see the new guests instantly not the old ones) and the ability to change
   order – descending order of Queue by default (instead of ascending, I like to
   see the new queued items instantly not the old ones) and the ability to change
   order – View subscribers link below Marketing lists.

 * ShopMagic update 3.0.x (even the 3.0.3) crashes the site with the ShopMagic Example
   plugin:
