Internal Server Error after backup creation

    After successful backup, when I click on the link to download backup I’m getting Internal Server Error, it happens on 2 sites.

    I also have the same problem, I download the zip file with ftp but restore on the new site is not working because of the new php/mysql.

    the plugin hasn’t been updates so long
