    Hi,

    I try to reach you by mail for some time now but you don’t react anymore for a week now.

    So below our mail conversation:

    Me:

    Your plugin now gives an internal server error when order.

    While with your plugin activated and order it gives this error just before payment.

    I deactivated your plugin and the order proces goes fine and i come in payment section and can finish the order how it should.

    Can you please fix this issue in your customization of my plugin?

    I think you don’t understand it quit well.

    Major updates in WooCommerce have nothing to do with it.

    Namely I use a very old WooCommerce version which can only be used for my theme and cannot be updated ever.

    That’s why you customized your plugin for me in the first place so it is suitable/compatable with my old version of WooCommerce.

    Besides I also already payed you for this customization.

    Now your customization work is not done well while it gives the error as described earlier to you.

    So I assume solving this bug is still part of your customization work where I already payed you for right?

    Can you please solve this bug Internal server error issue when order please?

    Better to continue for this on email.

    Well this customized was working fine as you know, suddenly it stop working without making change in our plugin so it means there are some updates somewhere which broke payment processing. It might be some other plugins or theme etc.

    The zip file of your plugin cannot be send by mail because it contains website code files.

    I have send you by mail the wetransfer.com download link.

    Yes I received, I will fix by tomorrow.

    Ok I have checked, you have very old version of WC and you also updated to our latest PPOM version. Now in latest version Some WC hooks are deprecated. You need to update your WooCommerce

    I have replied to your mail.

    Besides the things I show you in this mail to proof I did’t update your customized plugin below some more proof.

    I sended you in my email message a screenshot when I asked to you if I could update your plugin just after it was customized by you where I payed you for.

    If you look at the folder date and time in this send screenshot you will see that it shows the date of when you customized and upload this to my server: 10-01-2019 6:07:21

    If there was any update done for your customized plugin the folder date and time on the server should now then be different ..

    .. but the date and time are still the same.

    So no update have been done since you customized and upload your plugin to my server.
