# Internal Server Error – Custom UM Forms

 * Hello,
 * we encounter an internal server error 500, whenever we try to use a custom um-
   form in a wp-page or profile tab. Then we get an error like this in the error_log:

 * Default forms work fine, but we need to make some changes. I already deactivated
    -  all
 *  plugins and I increased the fcgid_timeout to 300, but the error persists.
 * Does anyone have an idea how this can be fixed?

 * Yes, whenever I post a shortcode of a new created UM form in a page or a UM profile
   tab or a simple post, the internal server error 500 occurs. Default UM forms 
   work fine.
