# Internal Server Error in install

 * Hi, I just uploaded files, configured wp-config.php with ddbb details and when
   trying to install an error keeps on appearing: “Internal Server Error
    – The 
   server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete
   your request.”
 * I’ve even modified permissions but still the same.
    Please help!! Thank you in
   advance.

 * Are you on shared hosting or a VPS / Dedicated Server? If you’re on a shared 
   hosting account you can email your hosting provider and let them know there’s
   a server configuration issue. Otherwise, you can look into your server error 
   logs.
