# Internal Server Error – Jetpack Issue?

 * I got an email from my host saying that a scan showed that my website has “infected
   files”. After calling the host’s security people, they gave me some options, 
   however, now when I try to go in to wordpress on my wp-admin page, I am blocked.
   My website is offline. I cannot log into the dashboard to even clean files or
   fix any of the problem and do not know what to do. The only thing I have found
   is that it may be a Jetpack issue, so my husband (who is an IT guy, just not 
   super fluent in coding) updated that through the FTP stuff on my host site but
   I still cannot access my wordpress dashboard.

 * When I go to the wp-admin page it says:
 * Internal Server Error
 * The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to
   complete your request.
 * Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error
   occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
 * More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
