 * Hi, which settings is causing the internal server error? Can you check the log
files in the plugin? You might also like to check the server log files as well.

 * Have you tried enabling one firewall rule at a time?
    Does the internal server
error occur for all firewall rules?

 * It happens always…also when I e.g. put an IP on blacklist cause someone is trying
to get to the administration…and about the log files – I don’t know what are
   you talking about 🙁

 * What type of web server is your site on?
If it’s not an apache-based server
the whitelist/blacklist and other firewall rules will not work.
