Hi Li-An, I’m afraid I’m not clear on how the ww.wp.xz.cn translation system works.
My understanding is that you can get WordPress to automatically download the correct translation from the system when installing the plugin. I’ve seen this happen when I’ve run test installs with WPML for plugins like Akismet etc which have the complete translations.
For CRP, the development version is same as the stable one and this is the one referenced via trunk: https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/projects/wp-plugins/contextual-related-posts/dev/fr/default

You should check the WP translation codex – I work on french translation of Asgaros Forum and you can see there is a stable version of the plugin

I’ve been going through https://make.ww.wp.xz.cn/polyglots/ and I believe I can add a request for translators to be added for a particular locale, but not sure how to get the Stable version also translated.
Any suggestions welcome.
