# Invalid authentication – Token

 * Hi there,
 * I see some others may have had this issue as well, but didn’t see a solution.
   I am trying to migrate my site from Hostgator to Siteground and after entering
   the token, I get the following message:
 * “Invalid authentication
    Please, generate another Migration Token from your SiteGround
   cPanel.”
 * However, I cannot generate another token since it keeps referring me to the same
   active token. Appreciate any help! Thanks.

 * I just downloaded the plugin so I assume it is the latest. It is Version 1.0.8.
   Is it safe to just paste the token here?

 * Can not connect to SiteGround WP-migrator plugin at <domain name>. Please can
   you let me know if the problem was reintroduced.
