Invalid HTML code

This plugin inserts a numeric ID for every link (eg: <a href="#" id="19" class="track_this_link">Some link</a>, which is not valid XHTML. All id and name attributes must begin with a letter, not a digit. Please update? I could manually fix the relevant lines in link-library.php but I don’t want to have to repeat this every time the plugin is updated.
