    Hi,

I am trying to enable the caching, but it gives the following error: Invalid or missing zone (err code: 1002)

    The website is https://autonline.info/

I saw other topics in the forum suggesting to check the API credentials, but I am sure that they are correct. I entered them 5 times, but still the same error.

Please advise what could be the problem.

    Thanks

    Hi @nikolay100,

    1. If you have recently added a domain to your Cloudflare account, it’s best to want sometimes before trying to use them through this plugin. As I’ve seen the API sometimes take a bit of time to show the zone in the list.
    2. If you are not the account owner and instead have an access to the main account, things might not work. You need to use the login of the actual Cloudflare account that holds the domain.

Hi @isaumya I tried your suggestion to wait a bit, but it did not work. I even removed the website from Cloudflare and added it again. Then waited a couple of days before enabling the cache, but it still gives the same error. I am the website owner and I have added the global API Key to the plugin.

    Hi @nikolay100,
Can you try deactivating and deleting the plugin from WP Plugin section and set it up as fresh? I know it sound wired, but for some it worked: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/unauthorized-to-access-requested-resource-err-code-9109-2/#post-16826059
