Invalid/outdated tile URLs

Hi,
several Thuderforest maps do not work on my website (Cyclemap, Outdoors). I suppose ‘Transport’ will also not work.

If I look to the plugin source code the tile servers are something like
‘http://a.tile.opencyclemap.org/cycle/’.
If I open that URL in a browser, I get a certificate error from Thunderforest server what could explain the problems.

The correct URL for OpenCycleMap tiles is:
https://tile.thunderforest.com/cycle/{z}/{x}/{y}.png?apikey=<insert-your-apikey-here>
(See https://www.thunderforest.com/maps/opencyclemap/)

Could that be fixed in a future version?
