Invalid Two Factor Authentication code

I’ve been using this plugin on my site for a few weeks now but it has stopped working for some reason. I manually deleted my user meta data from the db so that I could log in because every time I was just getting ‘Invalid Two Factor Authentication code’. I tried to re-setup my account but it will never accept the code I put in (‘Invalid Two Factor Authentication code’.) I thought it might have to do with the server time but I have confirmed that it is accurate so I don’t have any idea why this would not be working.
