 * Hi – I have the plugin set-up on a WooCommerce site. All main product images
   show up fine on MacOS – Firefox, Chrome and Safari. However, some of the product
   images don’t appear on Windows-based browsers, returning an x-cld-error of ‘Invalid
   width in transformation: 0’. I can’t see a pattern in the failing images, in
   terms of image size or format. The images work on the category templates and
   if I download the image from Cloudinary and re-upload it to WordPress it then
   seems to work. Thanks for your help.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Finvalid-width-error-on-windows%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hi [@nathangaw](https://wordpress.org/support/users/nathangaw/),
 * Thanks for reaching out.
 * If you inspect the broken image, you can see that for the 1024w and 400w the
   transformation appended to the URLs are w_0,h_0 which seems wrong to me.
 * Do you mind creating a support ticket to [support@cloudinary.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/invalid-width-error-on-windows/support@cloudinary.com?output_format=md)
   with the following information:
    - WordPress version.
    - Cloudinary Plugin’s version.
    - The theme that you use and its version.
    - A full list of all other plugins that you have installed on your environment.
    - Page builders that you actively use.
    - A screenshot of your Media Library in list mode.
    - A screenshot of your Site Health under the Tools Section.
    - Hosting providers & Plan (AWS, WP-Engine, etc..)
    - Multisite environment (subdomain/subdirectory)
    - Do you have access to the WP-CLI?
 * Note that since version 2.7.0, you can use the new system report feature in order
   to generate all the information above except the screenshots.
 * If you can also add the image on the page to the report that could be helpful
   as well. You can find out how to do it in the 2nd video [here](https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/articles/360022260599-How-to-generate-a-system-report-on-the-WordPress-plugin-).
 * Thanks in advance.
    Best, Loic
