# Invalid XML. Error

* Hey,
We are trying to integrate our shop with shipstation plugin but in a shipstation
logs we see next errors:
* An error occurred attempting to update orders: Invalid XML. Error: ‘The ‘META’
start tag on line 3 position 2 does not match the end tag of ‘html’. Line 7,
position 10.’ We received: ‘ Status. Select“
Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can
paste it your ticket reply.
* * If you notice any new error logged, please include it in your ticket. The logs
can be found in WooCommerce> Status> Logs.
