# invalid_request_error – Stripe

 * Hello,
 * I’ve got an issue with a customer. It’s the second payment I have this error 
   on Stripe : 
 * invalid_request_error – source
   You cannot create a charge with a PaymentMethod.
   Use the Payment Intents API instead.
 * The subscription was working fine for a year and then it stopped working. It 
   seems there’s only one customer so far that has this issue.

 * There are some changes in the stripe due to that error comes, the user will need
   to subscriber again

 * Hello, thanks for your feedback. 
   I’ve just got another failure with another 
   customer..
 * What changes are you talking about ? Does it mean it will happen to all of my
   customers ? 
   I cannot ask them to subscribe again… There are engaged and most
   of them just wont do it.
 * Any solution that would not involve customer action ?
