Inventory count no syncing

I noticed another complaint about this issue in support around 4 months ago. I sell one-of-a-kind vintage and all of my items show in stock in the Facebook catalog but show zero inventory which means I can’t tag any of my products on Instagram. They are all grayed out. One suggestion was to “manually adjust this from the Facebook catalog side by creating a Data Feed Rule in the catalog to change any inventory value set as zero to one” but my data source always shows that products are loading even though they are all there. Also, the data feed rules never stop updating which means I can’t create a new rule.

Additionally, would you please be able to paste your system status here so I can get a better idea of what might be going on? You can grab it by going to:
