Inventory Tracking

I am getting the following erro0r message on each product I enter. “Inventory tracking will not work because your site has javascript errors.” I trid accessing the page mentioned in the error message but received a 404. I thought inventory tracking was only active on the pay version. How do I bypass this issue?
