Invoice Number Mismatch Issue

    Hello,

    I purchased the Premium version of the WebToffee PDF Invoices plugin and installed it last Friday evening.

    In the plugin settings, I set the starting invoice number to 10458. However, the invoices being generated display a completely different number that does not match what is shown in the preview within the settings.

    Could you please let me know how to fix this issue so that the generated invoices use the correct numbering sequence starting from 10458?

    Hi @mapomme,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    You can set the invoice number format from the “General” tab (Invoice/Packing > Invoice > General) of Invoice plugin settings, then click Update Settings to apply it. Invoice numbers are generated incrementally. If you have any orders with invoice number 10458, the plugin checks this and skips the invoice number if already present.
