    Hello,

    I need to generate quotes for my clients from the backoffice and once the quote is approved I need to generate an invoice (with or without VAT so I need to be able to choose between different templates I will custom) a proforma and packing slip. Therefore I need a plugin with different templates I can custom and choose from when I’m working on an order. All the plugins I found until then only have one invoice template I can custom but here I need to have the possibility to choose a different template depending on the order.

    Do you have any plugin recommendations for me ?

    Hi there,

    Out of interest: Is there a reason why you’re not creating the order manually from WooCommerce > Orders > Add New and then using the “Send Order Invoice” action? That way the customer will be able to see the (pro-forma) invoice you created AND pay it at the same time?
