Hi @prashansa,
Thanks for reaching out.
We are not able to replicate the issue, our plugin attaches invoice PDF documents with the WooCommerce order notification mail sent. Could you please confirm that you can download the invoice PDF by clicking the download invoice button located on the WooCommerce order edit page? If you find issues in generating the PDF, there is a chance that some sites won’t be supported by the DOMPDF library that is used in the plugin to convert HTML to PDF. To fix it, please download and install this free addon: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/mpdf-addon-for-pdf-invoices/
After installing go to Invoice/packing > General settings > General and switch the PDF library to Mpdf.
If the issue persists, kindly share the below mentioned information for better understanding.
- Screenshot of the General tab of the invoice settings page (Invoice/Packing > Invoice > General).
- Full-screen screenshot of the WooCommerce order edit page of the order you are facing issues with.
- WooCommerce system status report (WooCommerce > Status > System status > Get system report).
Kindly mask any user-sensitive information when sharing the screenshot requested above. You may share the details via this link if you have any privacy concerns.

Hi
Apologies for not replying earlier. The attachments were not working because of Mailpoet. I have deactivated emails being sent through Mailpoet and the attachments are working as expected. Thank you.
