 * Would someone please point me in the right direction on this?
    This morning my
   blog (www.tonyreynolds dot com/blog) threw up the following error message.
 * “Failed loading C:\PHP\ext\ioncube_loader_win_5.0.dll Failed loading D:\websites\
   scoutcommunicationscom\fCMSBackend\ioncube\ioncube_loader_win_5.2.dll “
 * A.) what is it?
    B.) What caused it ? C.) do I need it? and D.) If I can get 
   a “ioncube loader” where do I install it (content?)?
 * Thanks for your assistance.
