# IP Info

 * To start with, we love this plugin! Thank you. We used to be able to click on
   the IP address in the log and it would give us information, now when we do it
   we get a message that the information is no available, has something changed?(
   I searched the forum, couldn’t find mention of this issue)

   there…

 * Thank you for the reply, we have resolved the issue, it was uBlock Origin blocking
   the popup.
