IP logs

Hello all,
Just wanted to know if there is anyway to log the IP addresses of people whom sign the petition? Having a joker putting in fake names and emails all the time, and filtering him out by hand when my petition has over 18k signatures is kinda hard, so I would just like to ban IP’s of people spamming it.
