 * Hi,
 * I installed your Register IPs plugin on a single WordPress (4.7.3) site.
 * I have had two spammers register on my site and it did not capture the IPs.
 * If a regular user creates an account on the normal Create Account page then the
   IP is collected ok.
 * Can bots register without giving up their IP information?
    Why were the spammers
   IPs not captured?

 * If it didn’t capture the IPs then the bots aren’t using the default WP registration
   process. You may want to check if you have another plugin with a security hole.
