 * Problem: When loading the site on iPad in portrait orientation, page always loads
   partially “zoomed in,” partially cutting off the header and navigation links.
   User can “pinch” to zoom out, but header background color remains cut off even
   though the page is zoomed out properly.
 * Theme is Shaken Grid Premium 2.1.1.
