Hi @zeeshantoor9248,
In the Retina logo it should have the double of the dimensions of the normal logo so you can see it perfectly in a retina device.
Give it a try and purge the cache and test again.
Let me know the result.
Will close the topic for now.
Let me know if you need further help with this.
I’m having the same issue. The header logo looks good on the homepage on mobile on an iPhone 7 but not Android, and both the iPhone 7 and Android are showing a stretched version of the logo when looked through the pages of the site.
I doubled the dimensions of the normal logo and it still is displaying it.
@snowsportguide
I just replied on your topic.
Hello Rui (@takanakui), I’m facing the same issue on iPhone 8 and iPhone XS. The logo seems perfect on Android but stretched horizontally on the iPhone.
I used the same logo file for Logo and Retina Logo, and I have also tried to double the dimensions of the normal logo as you proposed. Unfortunately it is still horizontally stretching the logo and making it very big.

*Update
I have noticed that the plugin “Jetpack” is the reason the logo is stretched. Might be due to its “image optimizer” functionality?

Hi @chrishayleaf,
I missed your reply. Can you provide me the site URL to have a look?
I think Jetpack does some changes in the images when you use lazyload or the image optimizer.
Hi Rui,
Website is currently in maintenance mode still. We indeed found that it was the lazyload functionality that did this. Have changed it accordingly now.
Thank you!
No problem. I’m glad it’s sorted.
