# ipstack log warning

 * Today, the following condition occurred on my mobile device Chrome browser at
   [this site](https://www.vegasconcepts.com).
 * `content/plugins/duracelltomi-google-tag-manager/public/ipstack_log/2019-01-31.
   log): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/dallas80/public_html/
   vegasconcepts.com/wp-content/plugins/duracelltomi-google-tag-manager/public/frontend.
   php on line 579`
 * It then happened on my desktop browser, but it seems to be sporadic. The documentation
   I’ve found states that I should have an API code from ipstack to insert into 
   the GTM options panel, however, I didn’t have that option turned on.
 * Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated!

 * Problem seems to have gone away. Must have been a hiccup of some sort!

 * We had that error too – showed up today. The strange thing is, some of us get
   it, some of us don’t, and it doesn’t always happen.
    Is this a new bug and can
   it be fixed asap? It really looks bad showing up on our site when it does.

    Is multisite activated?

 * Hey there duralcelltomi, yes I’m using w3 Total Cache plugin and no, it’s not
   a multisite install. I’ve gone through the process of disabling plugins, then
   re-enabling one by one, clearing cache, etc… The problem seems to have gone away.
 * We can mark this as resolved, though I don’t know how it was resolved LOL
