Is it an attack?

Hi. Could you please help me to understand what is going on. I have a plugin Wordfence that shows traffic on my website. It shows ip addresses, locations, etc. Right now I’m working on my site and do not have any posts. Some bot from Canada always comes to my site and visits every page. Wordfence shows that it is Zemanta Aggregator/0.9 +http://www.zemanta.com. Its ip is 142.4.216.32. It doesn’t try to hack my site.
What is it? Does it still my data? Do I need to block this IP?
