Yes, you can say that. This is the free version, which includes basic features such as:

    • Simple subscriptions
    • Billing cycles
    • Free trial support
    • And a few more features available in the free version

    Thank you!

Currently, manual subscription creation isn’t available yet. But here’s how you can do it for now:

    1. Just place a test order for the subscription product,
    2. then go to WooCommerce → Orders and mark it as “Completed.”

A subscription will be auto-created from that order.

Also, manual subscription creation from the admin panel is already on our roadmap. We know it’s important for testing and internal use, and it’s coming soon!

    Appreciate your support!

@snippet24 Apologies for the earlier reply. I must have missed the topic. I followed the descriptions and unfortunately went in the wrong direction.

    Hi,

No problem thanks to both and I confirm it works 👍

    Excellent!! Thank you 🙂

Update: I’m afraid at least when updating the order, the role is not changed, I will do further tests.

    Sure!

I tested this but it didn’t work. The order remains “General” even after i changed the status to completed from pending and there’s no subscription added to subscription list.
